Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by executing strategies to improve revenue, sales conversions, average invoice value, customer satisfaction, and maintenance subscription plans.
- Lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and engagement at all levels.
- Ensure operational excellence through data-driven decision-making, process improvements, and customer-first service.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability to achieve business goals.

- Be a hands-on leader—this is an in-person role requiring a strong daily presence in South Bend to lead by example.
