We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator Intern based in Irving, TX, to join our marketing team for Summer 2025. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across several core marketing functions and contribute to real projects that support the growth of our business.
Internship Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator Intern, you’ll work closely with our marketing team and cross-functional departments on a variety of impactful projects. You’ll get exposure to direct marketing, digital marketing, community engagement, and branding, helping to coordinate and support marketing efforts across the Apex network.
This is a great opportunity for a driven and creative student to learn how marketing operates in a high-growth, multi-brand organization—and make a real impact while doing it.
What You’ll Work On:
- Direct Marketing: Assist with campaign planning and audience targeting for direct mail and email campaigns. Review of media plans across broadcast tv, streaming tv, and radio.
- Digital Marketing: Help manage digital assets, assist with best practice sharing in key digital channels: Google Local Service Ads, Google Business Profile, Website / Search Engine Optimization, and Paid Search.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with local brand leaders on grassroots marketing strategies, events, and promotions.
- Branding: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across campaigns, materials, and platforms. Observe and assist with brand refresh process for key brands.
- Project Coordination: Support planning and execution of marketing projects for internal departments and field teams.
- Reporting & Insights: Gather marketing data and assist in analyzing performance to help guide future decisions.
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Passionate about marketing and curious to learn across different channels and functions.
- Strong communicator with excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with digital tools like Google Suite, Canva, or social media platforms is a plus.
- Previous internship or project experience in marketing is a bonus, but not required.
