Location: White Plains, NY. This position is based out of our White Plains office, with occasional travel to support hiring events across our service area, including Stamford and Yonkers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to extending offers of employment
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience through consistent communication
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to facilitate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
