Apex Site Solutions is a wireless telecommunications contractor based in Elk Grove, CA. We service all of California as well as Nevada and Oregon. We are currently seeking a Civil construction Foreman. If you are looking for a leadership opportunity with the room to grow quickly, we want you to apply. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE : Lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications while adhering to safety guidelines. Projects typically involve demolition, site clearing, grading, utility installation, concrete finishing, framing, rebar tying and excavation Coordinate work schedules with team members to ensure smooth project execution Manage material requirements, schedule deliveries from suppliers, and ensure timely availability of resources Track project progress and adjust as necessary to maintain timelines and project objectives Collaborate with General Contractors (GCs), engineers, and inspectors to address any construction or design challenges Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, site photos, progress updates, change order records (T&M logs), and any necessary paperwork for office submission Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed on-site Supervise and manage a small crew of 2-3 operators / laborers, ensuring proper work practices and productivity Must be able to operator equipment, Excavators, backhoes, and extended forklifts Working closely with, help manage, and mentor technicians and stay aligned with our OJT training program Review assigned crews and adhering to project schedules Adhering to all Company and industry (i.e., OSHA, NATE) standards / regulations JOB REQUIREMENTS : Lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications while adhering to safety guidelines.
