The Regional Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation across a region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of managers and technicians, ensuring they have the necessary training, resources, and support.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Work with senior leadership to meet financial targets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency across the plumbing, electrical, and Generator teams.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation, including managing inventory, equipment, and materials for each location
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements where necessary to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management regarding the performance of plumbing, electrical, and generation operations
What You Need:
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience in skilled trades or similar industries
- Exceptional sales and business acumen with the ability to drive growth and change.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, lead a team, and hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations.
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of individuals
- The role may require regular travel across the region to visit different job sites and oversee operations.
