At Apex Sports Medicine, we don't just treat patients; we empower them to live their best lives. Our clinic thrives on a patient-centered approach, offering a variety of cutting-edge treatments like Active Release Technique (ART), dry needling, cupping, therapeutic and corrective exercises, and more. We’re expanding rapidly and are seeking a sports chiropractor who is ready to join a fun, energetic, and hard-working team dedicated to helping patients recover, perform, and thrive.
We need a chiropractor who is not only highly skilled in functional rehabilitation and sports medicine, but also someone who excels at communication, rapport-building, and growing a busy, sustainable patient base. If you're someone who is highly skilled in various soft tissue modalities, can develop personalized treatment plans, and build lasting relationships while managing a high-volume patient schedule, we want to meet you!
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with patients through clear communication, empathy, and tailored care.

- Sales & Patient Retention: Your goal is not only to help patients recover but also to build long-term relationships that lead to high patient retention and referrals.
- Soft Tissue & Myofascial Release Expertise: You must have experience and knowledge of soft tissue techniques, including myofascial release, to effectively treat and rehabilitate patients. Experience with tools like Graston, ART, and other soft tissue modalities will be crucial in providing comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work seamlessly with our dedicated front desk staff, support team, and other providers to ensure patients receive the best possible care and experience.
- Manage Patient Records: Keep thorough, accurate, and up-to-date patient documentation to track progress and maintain compliance.
- Ongoing Education: Stay ahead of industry trends and continue to develop your skills through professional development, certifications, and clinic-provided support.
- Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in the state of Texas and current malpractice insurance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds and build trust quickly.
- Experience in Building a Patient Base: Proven ability to grow a busy schedule through strong rapport-building, patient education, and retention strategies.
- Commitment to Patient-Centered Care: Ability to create personalized treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals, and the skills to clearly explain the value and process of care.
- Experience in Soft Tissue Techniques: Solid understanding and practical experience with soft tissue techniques such as myofascial release, ART, Graston, and other relevant modalities. This expertise will be essential in providing the highest level of care for our patients.
- Extensive Knowledge of Sports Injuries: In-depth understanding of sports-related injuries (acute, chronic, and overuse) or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt.
- Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) or higher, or working towards.
- Active Release Technique (ART) certification or in progress.
- Certifications such as McKenzie, DNS, RockTape, Graston, SFMA, FMS, etc.
- Competitive Pay with a performance-based bonus structure—your earning potential is directly tied to your success in building and retaining your patient base.
- Full Support: We provide utilities, front desk staff, space cleaning, and parking—allowing you to focus on what you do best: treating patients and growing your schedule.
- Opportunities for Growth: Apex Sports Medicine is a rapidly growing clinic, and we’re committed to supporting your professional development, with regular continuing education and training opportunities.
