Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the proper area
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately/take and distribute phone messages
- Conduct clerical/administrative duties include filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing business documents as asked (i.e., memos, letters, etc.), making photocopies, scanning, and faxing documents
- Maintain office calendar
- Prepare and send outgoing mailings and packages
- Schedule meetings and/or conferences as asked
- Maintain professionalism and good customer service
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years’ experience in administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships with vendors and employees
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
- A commitment to quality in everything you do
