Clinic Scheduler

Top Arkansas pediatric full-service therapy clinic seeking an experienced Clinic Scheduler to join their team. Excellent opportunity for someone who is a team player and able to triage the urgency of the appointment requests and handle a busy and ever-changing schedule.
 
Job Duties:

• Answering phone calls and e-mails
• Making phone calls to remind parent/caregivers of a patient's upcoming appointments
• Scheduling appointments for therapy sessions and evaluations, or re-evaluations
• Liaise and coordinate with therapists and parents/caregivers about any schedule changes
• Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur
• Keeping an eye out for clients who have frequent late cancels or no-calls/no-shows
• Providing instructions to parents/caregivers to ensure that they are informed on where and when to be for a therapy appointment

Required skill set:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous scheduling experience in a clinic or medical setting
• Excellent communication skills, (written and oral), particularly phone skills
• A strong desire to be helpful and courteous
• Patience and ability to manage stress
• Problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Ability to multitask

This full-time position offers:

• $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
