Executive Assistant to the President/Co-CEO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the President/Co-CEO of a prominent company. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional financial, legal, and administrative expertise, coupled with a strategic mindset to advise on operational, accounting, finance, and board-level matters. This role requires a discreet professional capable of engaging with other CEOs, community leaders, and investors, while maintaining consistent and independent office performance.
Responsibilities:
High-Level Administrative Support:Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for the President/Co-CEO.
Strategic Advisory:Provide insights on operational, accounting, finance, and board-level issues.
Confidentiality and Discretion:Handle sensitive information and high-profile interactions with integrity.
Documentation: Prepare and review financial reports, legal documents, and administrative materials.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between the President/Co-CEO and various stakeholders, including CEOs, community leaders, and investors.
Research and Reporting:Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations.
Office Management: Ensure smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks and supporting office staff as needed.
Business Insight: Understand complex business issues, summarize core issues, and communicate them clearly to team members.
Decision Making: Serve as an extension of the President/Co-CEO, making decisions that align with their vision and goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
