- Reconciling all denials from insurance companies.
- Providing follow-up and collects on any outstanding accounts.
- Interacting with patients regarding billing questions and concerns on their accounts.
- Reviewing remittance reports for all denials and follow up with appropriate insurance companies.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years experience with medical billing
- Associates Degree in Medical Billing or Medical Billing Certificate is a plus.
