Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
- Respond to routine employee and applicant inquiries about policies, benefits, and hiring processes, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of HR files and records.
- Perform periodic audits of records to verify compliance and completeness.
- Provide clerical and administrative support for HR functions.
- Support company culture-building initiatives.
- Input employee data for benefits, including health, disability, and retirement plans.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Coordinate special events such as benefits enrollment, employee recognition events, and holiday celebrations.
