Key Responsibilities
- Weekly Payroll Processing: Timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll.
- Payroll Record Maintenance: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- New Hire Onboarding: Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees.
- Employee Benefits Management: Administering and updating employee benefits, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- HR Event Coordination: Organizing meetings, internal communications, and other events related to human resources.
- Timesheet and Attendance Review: Verifying accuracy and completeness of timesheets and attendance data.
- Payroll Reporting: Generating reports as needed to support payroll functions.
Skills and Qualifications
