The management trainee is entry-level, so it is required to undergo our training process with our outstanding management staff.
Our Management Trainee will be responsible for:
- Manage a team of 10-15 individuals: Coaching, and motivating your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service, developing sales and marketing strategies, hiring and developing new employees, and reviewing ongoing performance assessments
- Successfully negotiate his/her way through our rigorous and highly selective training program with an emphasis on customer service and sales
- Master the business on the front line Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, sales promo’s, increasing incremental revenue and building a loyal clientele
- Recommend appropriate corrective action when necessary holding yourself and team accountable for sales production and quality
- Full knowledge of appropriate systems and procedures
- Recognize and respond to performance flaws with honest and direct communication to improve sales margins and increase customer retention
- 1-2 years of leadership and management experience
- 1-2 years Customer service or sales experience
- Must enjoy training, developing, mentoring, and motivating others
- Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening skills and the ability to be resourceful and versatile to adapt quickly to all types of individuals
- High-levels of integrity, strong work ethic, responsible, and positive outlook
