Job Summary :
The Lead Technical & Business Writer will create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and executive leadership, to ensure clarity and consistency in all technical and business documentation and presentations. Your ability to evaluate, analyze, and comprehensively deliver complex information will make you an ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, business process documents, and executive presentations.Determine the clearest, most consistent, and logical way to present information for optimal reader comprehension.Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy and completeness.Translate complex technical concepts and business processes into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure consistency and adherence to style guidelines.Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve documentation quality.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and business communication.Assist in scheduling, planning, and tracking documentation to meet deadlines and final product publish dates.
