Account-Based Marketing Program Manager
Fully Remote - must work EST hours
7 month contract until Dec 2025 - likely to extend or convert to permanent
Hourly Compensation Range: $50-60 an hour
Duties:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Manager & Business Analyst to lead and optimize our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) / Account Based Experience (ABX) programs. This role will be responsible for managing strategic ABM initiatives, analyzing program effectiveness, and driving continuous improvements across marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic thinking, program execution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support revenue growth and customer engagement.
Program Management:
-Develop and oversee the execution of ABM/ABX strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
-Manage end-to-end ABM campaigns, ensuring alignment with target account strategies and business objectives.
-Oversee cross-functional workflows and ensure seamless coordination between teams to optimize ABM processes.
-Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring all campaigns are delivered efficiently.
-Implement and maintain best practices for ABM/ABX initiatives, including personalized engagement tactics.
Business Analysis & Optimization:
-Analyze campaign performance, pipeline impact, and revenue influence of ABM/ABX programs.
-Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize targeting, messaging, and engagement strategies.
-Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase) to track and report on key metrics.
-Identify gaps and opportunities for improving account engagement, customer experience, and sales enablement.
-Develop dashboards and reports to visualize ABM success and present findings to stakeholders.
Skills:
-Strong understanding of ABM/ABX strategies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus).
-Proven experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), and analytics platforms.
-Ability to analyze complex data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable business strategies.
-Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies being a plus.
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
-Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise solutionsis highly preferred.
-Experience working with intent data, customer journey analytics, and personalization strategies.
-Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), or data visualization tools is a plus.
Qualifications
-4 years of experience in program management, business analysis, or a related role within B2B marketing, sales, or revenue operations.
-Certifications in ABM, Business Analysis, or Project Management(e.g., Pragmatic Institute, PMI, CBAP) is a plus
-Strong ABM experience
-Strong 1:1 marketing expereince
-Experience with ABM (demandbase is highly preferred), CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms
