Hybrid On-Site South Raleigh, North Carolina
W2 $21/hr maximum, paid hourly
6 month contract, expected 40 hours/week
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Summary:
- Accounting/Finance work - experience required
- Clear understanding of Debits/Credits
- Intermediate Excel experience (Sorting, Filtering, Export)
- Primarily Research and Analysis of Payments in Process GL.
- Associate to populate entry fields for POD items, reviewing documents to confirm data, comparing system entries, match removes and open item key fixes.
- All work to resolve outstanding items will be submitted daily for clearing of GL.
- Prioritizing aged items/amounts.
- Back-office and field communication.
