Agile Project Cordinator

Responsibilities

• Support services to a federal agency, delivering expertise in areas such as program and project management, data analysis, requirements development, and technical evaluation.
• Ensure projects are executed according to plan, meeting all deadlines and deliverables.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of project outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership, including status reports and dashboards.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in maintaining the Agile framework and ensuring the team follows Agile principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
• Implement Agile methodologies to ensure seamless development processes and smooth transition from concept to production.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage risks and dependencies across teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to align goals and expectations.
• Promote continuous improvement and help the team to optimize their Agile process.
• Document progress and communicate it to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of experience in Agile Coaching and/or Project Management related roles
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe)
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and training teams in Agile methodologies
• Proven track record of successfully managing medium-sized projects in an Agile environment
• Must have an Active DoD Security Clearance
• United States Citizenship required
