Responsibilities
- Support services to a federal agency, delivering expertise in areas such as program and project management, data analysis, requirements development, and technical evaluation.
- Ensure projects are executed according to plan, meeting all deadlines and deliverables.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of project outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership, including status reports and dashboards.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in maintaining the Agile framework and ensuring the team follows Agile principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
- Implement Agile methodologies to ensure seamless development processes and smooth transition from concept to production.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage risks and dependencies across teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to align goals and expectations.
- Promote continuous improvement and help the team to optimize their Agile process.
- Document progress and communicate it to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3 β 5 years of experience in Agile Coaching and/or Project Management related roles
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe)
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and training teams in Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of successfully managing medium-sized projects in an Agile environment
- Must have an Active DoD Security Clearance
- United States Citizenship required
