Key Responsibilities:
- Operate within various specific computer applications to obtain accurate and timely interval, time-of-use, and total consumption meter data for billing purposes.
- Independently respond to various internal client inquiries.
- Investigate, analyze, and research high-profile accounts to ensure quality data and summary analysis information is provided to internal customers.
- Review and analyze interval data consumption during demand response events and other special projects/programs.
- Provide departmental support during testing efforts for special projects.
- Perform ad-hoc querying and data mining.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel comprehensively for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical abilities, including experience with ad-hoc querying and data mining.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with specific computer applications is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to internal client inquiries effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow existing processes and operating procedures.
