Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Norwalk, CT- three days hybrid
Duration: 12 month contract
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and business analysis, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and map business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge gaps.
- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Perform system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are preferred.
