We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with 7 years of experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Executing the delivery and ensuring the accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly metric reports.
• Developing, testing, and delivering ad hoc report requests.
• Creating key performance metrics reports and analysis for our customers.
• Conducting expense analysis activities related to the cost-to-serve model and ad hoc expense analysis.
• Developing or reviewing predictive modeling activities, including application count projection models and staffing models.
• Maintaining, developing, and fostering effective, long-standing relationships with peers within Lincoln and all customers.
• Providing support to field, internal, and external customers by relaying and obtaining needed
