Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Analyst Level Change Management Consultant to join our Organizational Change Management (OCM) team. This role will support our ongoing culture initiative and work closely with our change lead and OCM team to drive culture change across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Change Lead in executing the culture program developed by Culture Partners.
- Support the culture change initiative and extend it beyond the program to all departments.
- Organize activities, communications, and events to promote culture change.
- Coordinate and bring together teams to ensure successful implementation of change activities.
- Develop and distribute various change management materials, including videos, marketing materials, and articles.
- Embed agile concepts into the culture change initiatives, focusing on beliefs, experiences, actions, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in change management and marketing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with agile concepts and their application in organizational culture change.

- This role will play a crucial part in organizing and driving change activities.
- The position requires someone who is new to change management or has some experience in the field and is interested in low-key change management.
