Apex Systems, a World-Class Technology Solutions Provider, is seeking applicants for a Senior Business Analyst to work remotely for an innovative and technology-focused insurance services company! This exciting position offers candidates the opportunity to work with a passionate team that delivers global projects.

Position: Senior Claims Specialist

Location: This position is 100% remote

Duration: Full time, direct hire with the client

Rate: up to $63,000/year

Position Overview:

Seeking a life insurance claims specialist who has experience with very complex claims. This person will be responsible for making final rulings on claims and being the lead for the team. The ideal candidate should have experience with complex life insurance claims, extensive knowledge of the life insurance industry, be proficient with Excel and have excellent critical thinking skills.

Required Experience:
  • 3 years of expereince with Life Insurance claims
  • Experience as a team lead and/or being the decision maker on claims
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite such as Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint
  • Candidate should be able to conduct Vlookups and work with Pivot Tables in Excel

    Preferred Experience:
  • LOMA or ICA certification
