Location : Laky Mary, FL (hybrid 3 days / week onsite)
Duration : 6-month contract possible extensions and / or opportunity to convert to full time
Pay Rate Range : $20-$26 / hour

Seeking a Client Service Representative to support a client in the financial services industry. This role involves business-to-business interactions; handling phone calls and emails professionally.
Responsibilities :
- Address a range of inquiries from simple to complex, such as transferring assets, required paperwork, and status updates.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management software (, MS Dynamics, Bloomberg, Salesforce).
- Use MS Suite tools including Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.
