Job Description :

Data Analysis, Monitoring, Reporting- 25%

Data Analysis

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Develop predictive models and data visualizations to forecast outcomes and support strategic planning.

Monitoring

• Design and implement systems for continuous monitoring of key metrics and performance indicators.
• Regularly assess data accuracy, integrity, and consistency, addressing discrepancies as needed.
• Identify and escalate anomalies or emerging trends in data that require further investigation.

Reporting

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize reporting solutions based on business needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of scheduled and ad hoc reports, aligning with organizational goals.

Quality Improvement- 25%

• Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistent and reliable outputs.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring data issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement quality control measures and audit processes to validate data accuracy and compliance with organizational requirements.
• Provide training and documentation to promote a culture of data quality awareness across teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration- 20%

• Lead conversation with business units, technical teams, and leadership to understand analytic needs and prioritize initiatives.
• Work with end users to convert technical concepts into actionable insights and requirements.
• Facilitate regular communication to align data solutions with business objectives and resolve challenges effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to foster a collaborative environment for data-driven decision-making.

Data Governance- 15%

• Support the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across all reporting and analysis activities.
• Monitor data lifecycle processes to maintain integrity and minimize risk throughout data collection, storage, and use.
• Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enforce standards for data stewardship and accountability.

Research and Development- 15%

• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in data analytics and visualization.
• Experiment with new methodologies and techniques to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Develop proof-of-concept projects to evaluate the potential impact of emerging data tools and frameworks.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance organizational data literacy.
