Position: Senior AI/ Azure Engineer

Location: This position is 100% remote and would be full time with core working hours of 10am-5pm EST.

Duration: Permanent, full time

Salary: up to $130,000 bonus and FTE benefits

Project Details:

• Scope of Work:
  • Lead aggressive automation initiatives
  • Focus on data ingestion and integrating with the system of record.
  • Use AI for analytics and automate the transition from unstructured data to structured processes.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and business teams, including international groups.
• Responsibilities:
  • Utilize LLMs as a service, including tuning, framework, creating indexes, prompt generation, and developing APIs in Azure, etc.
  • Work with Azure Synapse and Databricks/Python for automation.
  • Streamline document processing and automate data workflows.

Required Experience:

2-3 years of AI experience, ideally with AI in Azure.

Proficiency with the Azure platform.

Experience with Databricks.

Strong Python skills.

Knowledge of LLMs as a Service, including tuning and API development.
Preferred Experience:

Experience in any related industries to financial services, insuranceinsurance, banking or other highly regulated field.

Familiarity with UI Path, Azure DevOps, and Azure Automation Runbooks.

Understanding of automation frameworks and tools.
Additional Information:

• Soft Skills/Company Culture: Self-motivated, hard worker, able to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Education & Certifications: Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience Level: Senior, with 7-10 years overall experience, including 2-3 years in AI
• Interview Process: 2-3 rounds virtual
• Travel: Up to 10% travel, primarily domestic.
