- Designs and coordinates direct patient communications with a specific focus on acquisition, integration and operational changes in care notifications (provider change, term or move; clinic closure or move; payer term; panel movement, etc.), patient engagement letters and mailings, patient quality letters and mailings, Medicare ACO and CIN notices, and other.
- Position may include creation and deployment of nonclinical patient emails, project tracking and adherence to compliance and legal requirements.
- Position includes other duties as assigned that are critical to the effectiveness of the communications team.
- Position includes sourcing data from various places and putting them together in a cohesive report using Excel.
Must-Haves:
- Familiarity with the basics of Excel (filtering, basic formulas, copying new sheets, simple pivot tables) is required.
- Strong writing and communication skills required.
- Needs knowledge of MS Office suite and Outlook, and ability to track tasks and prioritize to deliver results on time.
- Track projects in Workfront.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Collect and analyze reporting data, updating email reports as needed.
