- Identify and report on compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with global banking regulations.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CRCM certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in compliance auditing within large global banks.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with international banking regulations.
- Proficiency in audit software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
