Position Summary:
- The main tasks performed would be refurbishment of client owned IT equipment.
- Running diagnostic software, drive wiping software, and doing a visual inspection to ensure it meets the clients cosmetic standards.
- You would also be required to clean each device before packaging it.
- Completes all required documentation using our software tools, including a quality assurance sheet to ensure customer guidelines are met.
- Complies with departmental training certification requirements.
- Troubleshoots malfunctioning units using efficient problem-solving techniques and departmental procedures.
- Works with Lead Technicians on difficult to solve problems
