Job Description : Contract Analyst
Des Moines, IA area (Hybrid on-site)
Analyst will assist team members with managing agreement data in Systems and payment management of agreement payment needs.
Description :
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage high volume and detailed tasks
- Proactively coordinate with colleagues from Research, Finance, and offshore support entities to deliver results
- Lead or coordinate completion of tasks and assignments including, but not limited to : Managing data entry of new requests into contract system and supporting team members with managing such requests to support Corteva’s seed transfersMaintaining databases for data integrityMonitoring contractual payments obligations to ensure they managed on timeEntering requisitions into relevant systems and monitoring through approval processesConfirming purchase orders match requisitions and addressing variancesCommunicating invoicing instructions to business partners and providing necessary supportReceiving invoices from vendors, confirming that milestones have been met or that services have been received, Recording invoices in internal databases and tracking through the payment process Initiating support tickets for delayed or rejected invoicesReconciling SAP to ensure that all invoices paid are tracked Creating financial reports from functional databases upon requestInterpreting complex research agreements and updating databases with key information
