We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Apex Systems. In this role, you will be expected to:
- Monitor and manage the transportation process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Identify and resolve issues arising within the transport network, using your analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Continuously improve our logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-pressure, cross-functional team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Logistics and/or transportation experience with a proven track record of success.
- Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to remain stationary for 80% of the working day, with occasional movement required to access files/storage, office equipment, computers, and other office productivity devices.
