Position : Customer Service Representative II
Location : partially remote-on-site day 1 to pick up / set up equipment and2x a month moving forward
Estimated Duration : The client approximates that this project may last up to 3 months. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time. This is a contract to hire position
Pay Rate Range : $18 / hr.
Project Description : As a Customer Service Specialist II you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Customer Service Specialist II joining our team to provide support via the telephone and / or Internet to resolve routine issues and respond to customer inquiries. You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment.These calls are not scripted; there is knowledge to be learned to understand and help the providers with theirMedicaidclaims.
