We are seeking an experienced professional to provide first line support for internal employees' resources via voice and chat channels as part of a 24*7 Global Service Desk.
Position Summary:
Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems efficiently while partnering with regional and international partners to deliver exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer top-notch customer service and support to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with global partners to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in Call Center or Helpdesk environments
- Excellent client care and customer service skills
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus on multiple areas of responsibility concurrently
Desired Skills:
Technical background in call center and customer service experiences
Ability to utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of problems and incidents
