Job Description :
- Responsible for training end users on new software and processes within that software so they should be comfortable presenting, demoing and guiding users step by step through processes.
- Reach out to vendors to gather new data or clarify existing data and then enter it into their new data repository system.
- This person should expect to be on calls during most of the day to guide customers both internal and external through this system and provide an end to end customer experience.
