Skills Required:
- Proficiency in building Flask API and Plotly Dash applications on Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Postgres Database and BigQuery.
- Experience with ETL or ELT tools and processes in Python/PySpark and SQL (e.g., pandas, numpy).
- Experience in Docker containerization and GCP development, debugging, and deployment.
- Experience with test-driven development tools and processes, including unit tests, pytest, and mock.
- Experience with CI/CD development using tools like GitHub, Tekton, CloudBuild, and Terraform.
- Experience in GUI testing with Plotly Dash testing, Selenium, and Playwright.
- Experience in writing JavaScript.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, Cloud Composer, Prefect, and data transformation tools like DBT.
- Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
- Ability to leverage AI technology in software development (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot).
- Experience in writing FastAPI applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving unexpected problems.
- 8 to 10 years of overall experience in Software Engineering.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Python development.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related quantitative field.
