Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Overview
The Data Platform Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality, accessibility, and usability of our customer data platform. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders, performing data analysis, documenting processes, and supporting platform enhancements to meet business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Data Analysis & Testing (40%) Use SQL queries to perform user acceptance testing, ensuring result datasets are correct, complete, and accessible. Use SQL queries to analyze data and inform business decisions. Perform basic data entry, file loads, and data transformations to ingest data from external sources. Presentations & Training (10%) Prepare slides for presentations to stakeholders. Perform demonstrations and training on new platform functionality for stakeholders.Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
Minimum Experience 3 years of relevant experience in a technical or data-focused environment, performing process documentation, technical system testing, and data-based results analysis. 3 years of industry experience in data analysis working with data warehouses, relational databases, and SQL. 1 years working with customer personally identifiable information in a corporate environment. Other Job-Specific Skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to synthesize information for various recipients. Detail-oriented, able to follow directions well, and relay information accurately. Clear communication and presentation skills (oral and written). Experience with Agile Methodology and software development lifecycle preferred. Understanding of customer data privacy legislation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, etc.) preferred. AWS experience (specifically S3, Redshift, and Athena) strongly preferred. Experience with CRM or CDP platforms (Salesforce, Treasure Data, Amperity, etc.) strongly preferred. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.Pay Range

- Partner with IT, Product Owners, internal business stakeholders, and agency support teams to understand progress, blockers, requirements, and system functionality.
- Document system processes for end users, including data dictionaries and flow diagrams.
- Attend meetings and take notes on key decisions related to bugs and enhancements on the customer data platform.
- Minimum Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics) strongly preferred.
- $40-$45 per hour
