Position : Data Analytics SME
Location : Mostly remote - may have to come onsite once a week in Alexandria, VA (Mark Center)
Hours : Regular business hours
Compensation : $165,000-$175,000 / yr (depending on clearance level)
Clearance : Secret required at minimum
Summary : Provide expert knowledge in gathering, sorting, analyzing, displaying, and reporting data related to cyber education programs. Offer strategic advice on program enhancements and opportunities for data improvement.
Responsibilities :
- Gather, organize, and analyze data related to cyber education programs to extract meaningful insights.
- Develop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data trends and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a key resource on data methodologies, trends, and best practices in cyber education.
- Advise on data collection strategies, tools, and technologies to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into program planning and decision-making processes.
- Identify opportunities for program enhancement based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Recommend and implement data-driven strategies to optimize program performance and outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of program changes, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
- Provide expert consultation to internal and external stakeholders on data-related inquiries and initiatives.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and policymakers to align data practices with educational goals and regulatory standards.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the organization.
