Pay Rate: up to 20/hr
Shift(s): Days Sunday - Wednesday and Thursday - Saturday- 3 day on, 4 day off rotational split ***multiple shifts available*** (must be available for 2)
Summary: These technicians will be supporting the datacenter support and maintenance of various systems surrounding the operations of the datacenters on the technical end. Datacenter Technicians will be working hands-on to configure, implement/deploy, and maintain hardware for computer systems, servers, and networking solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues in a mixed environment- performing full-cycle support through Identification, research, and resolve technical problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

- May require an associates degree in a related area OR a relevant IT oriented certification (e.g.: CompTIA A certification)
- Prior professional experience in the IT field or in a related area OR applicable personal experience through hobbies and personal interest
