Job Description : Employee Relations Partner (Contract Position)
- Educate, coach and guide leaders on our performance management and elevation efforts, while ensuring adherence to our philosophy and values. Provide leaders with advice to elevate performance and capability across their teams and respective organizations.
- Advise on a wide range of employee relations issues, including manager / employee conflicts or complaints, behavioral and conduct issues.
- Coach leaders and facilitate involuntary terminations. This includes notifying employees, processing terminations and drafting Mutual Separation Agreements (MSA).
- Consult with leaders, People Business Partners (PBP / HRBP) and Legal on reorganizations that result in role eliminations.
- Lead projects that help optimize and / or automate internal ER processes.
- Provide quarterly business reviews of case outcomes, trends and data analysis to business partners.
- Act as an advocate for equitable and fair treatment; ensure our practices continue to align to our company’s core values : Disrupt. Execute. Inclusion. Collaboration. Integrity.
