Work Hours: 8am - 5pm (local timezone)
Overview: Join the National In-building PMO RF Design team, interfacing with submarket teams, enterprise sales teams, and senior leadership. You will design and manage the implementation of enterprise in-building projects and distributed antenna systems, requiring interaction at the Director/VP level and development of executive dashboards and presentations.

Must-Have Skills:
- IBWave Certification and practical experience
- Extensive knowledge of FCC Emissions and RF Safety guidelines
- Proficiency in RF/Regulatory and PM Software: Atoll, Fuze/Siterra, Roofmaster/Roofview
- Expertise in office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
- RF System Optimization techniques for Nortel, Motorola, and/or Nokia infrastructure
- Strong understanding of engineering concepts with a desire to learn and advance
- Experience in RF Design for Indoor Systems
- Familiarity with RAN and DAS OEM systems
- Expertise in prediction and mapping tools: Atoll, iBwave, MapInfo, Windcatcher
- In-depth understanding of RF Engineering elements affecting decision-making
- Comprehensive understanding of systems and technologies driving decisions
- Hands-on knowledge of tools and their limitations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to complete tasks under stressful situations
- Support the National InBuilding team in reviewing designs (iBwave format) and completing required RF paperwork
- File 911 and regulatory paperwork for assigned projects
- Collaborate with experienced RF Design engineers to manage projects nationwide
- BS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience in cellular/telecommunications industry
- 2 to 3 years of experience in RF Design
