Position: Systems Performance Engineer
Location: Pittston, PA
30 Month Contract
Targeted Years of Experience:
- 3-5 years
Responsibilities:
- Collect and use hourly and daily service measurement data to optimize the LTE network.
- Represent the team for feature-related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks by meeting deliverables and holding other parties accountable per project plan.
- Troubleshoot hardware and performance problems independently or by coordinating with other teams.
- Support Network Performance in evaluating and improving areas of poor coverage by identifying system performance problems.
- Report issues to appropriate engineers.
- Resolve customer service issues, assist in implementing solutions, and collect drive test data in support of performance evaluations and build program prioritization.
Must-Have Skills (Most Important):
- Extensive drive testing experience and LTE/5G optimization skills.
- Samsung experience to update anchors and perform work in the USM.
Desired Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in a System Performance position.
Education/Certifications:
- 4-year Engineering degree desired.
