About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers comply with our packaging and labeling standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of supplier contacts.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve compliance issues and improve packaging processes.
- Document and communicate packaging guidelines/rules to suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain records of compliance status and metrics.
- Report on supplier compliance status to management and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, planning, organization, and visualization/presentation skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and principles.
- Ability to communicate adherence to packaging instructions, label, and advance shipping notice (ASN) standards.
- Advanced understanding of basic computer programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Power BI.
