The Role :
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all organization hosted events throughout the calendar year.
- Event / Meeting planning and coordination for large conferences, monthly board meetings, networking events, and membership meetings annually.
- Responsible for venue evaluation / booking, speaker scheduling, sponsorship coordination, event registration, and catering.
- Ensure seamless event execution by managing logistics, coordinating stakeholders, and enhancing the overall attendee experience.
