Field Implementation Specialist
Duration: 12 months contract
Pay: $25/hr W2
Location: O'hare Airport-Chicago, IL
Description:
Automated imaging of PC equipment, Installation and removal or PC equipment, inventory and movement of PC equipment. Physical work, WIN10, Automated SCCM and Workspace One deployment processes. The hours will be days and or nights, candidate must be flexible with work hours and travel schedule.
2 years PC migration/deployment experience. WIN10, Mobile iOS/Android, Automated imaging tools SCCM, Workspace One, Data Migration, Outlook configuration, IP Configuration.
Candidate must have:
communication skills
troubleshooting skills
organization & time management skills
customer service/interaction skills.
Physical ability to move heavy equipment to and from deployment sites.
· Can pass a background check required for SIDA Badge
· Can read, write and speak in English (Write legibly)
· Maintain established processes that support adherence to TSA, Customer, and Local Airport regulations.
· Ability to work all shifts and all days as assigned.
· Work in the airport terminals & on/around Aircraft
· Operate independently and safely with minimal supervision
· Operate company’s vehicle safely using defensive driving techniques Valid Driver’s License is required
As a Tech Hub Technician, you provide guidance and friendly, hands-on technical support to United employees in need of technical service. You quickly diagnose product issues on the spot, explaining situations with patience and care. After determining whether repairs can be done or a replacement is needed, you offer solutions to quickly get users up and running again. When you’re juggling more than one employee, you stay conscious of their time demands as well as your own. You resolve technical service issues with a high level of customer service, speed, and skill.

Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.
Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Success in team environments, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members.
Mobile iOS/Android Experience
Flexibility with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
