Financial Analyst

***Please note the following important items.***

• This position will be a 3 month Temp-to-Perm pending good performance during the contracting portion.
• This position will sit onsite 4 days per week with no exceptions in the Charlotte, NC market.
• Prior to an interview there will be a basic Excel test that will need to be completed.

Client: Telecom

Location: Charlotte, NC (Must be able to sit onsite 4 days per week.)

Length: 3 month Temp-to-Perm

Pay: $35 - $40/hour W2 (No Corp-to-Corp)

Required Skills:

• Background in Finance / Accounting to include month-end variance, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, etc.
• Strong Excel
• Experience building out forecasting models within the finance space.

Plusses:

• Previous experience presenting finance analysis to senior level management.
• Essbase or Hyperion
• Previous Supply Chain experience.

Day-to-Day:

This team is hiring two Financial Analysts to add to their team of four. The team is broken into two, with 2 team members being more OPEX focused and two being more CapEx focused. The OPEX role will be focused on financial planning and analysis (FPNA), profit and loss (P&L), working with expense accounts, and other large accounts within the company (freight and maintenance accounts). Goals will be to find cost drivers and relations that are relevant to suggesting why costs are going up or down. The other role will be focused on CapEx and mobile products. The person will work with the planning team to built out plans for capital expenditures, understand free cash flow, etc. Ideal candidates will have very strong Excel skills, great communication skills and be seeking an environment where problem solving and collaboration are utilized daily.
