Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Cloud FinOps processes and procedures.
- Ensure governance and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Create detailed business and functional requirements documents.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of governance frameworks.
- Provide support for audits and compliance checks.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in cloud projects.
- Strong understanding of documentation and governance practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
