Candidates must be US Citizens and able to obtain / maintain at minimum, a DoD TS / SCI clearance, per a condition of employment.
Position : Software Engineer
Location : Full-time onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD
Terms : Permanent, Direct-Hire
Pay Rate : $150,000 - $170,000
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage code in a Linux environment.
- Configure hardware devices and develop critical procedural steps.
- Design, test, implement, and manage safeguards against cyberattacks.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve vulnerabilities within existing security systems.
- Collaborate with penetration testers to perform penetration tests and assess security issues.
- Develop organization-wide security measures.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate system status to users and leadership.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards, attending educational workshops, and reviewing publications.
- Experience with embedded system vulnerability development.
