Pay for this role is 25/hr
Shifts
- Monday – Friday 11am-7pm
- Monday – Friday Noon-8pm
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Ticketing Experience
- Hands on experience with Active Directory
- Troubleshooting browser issues, cache, MFA
- Excellent Customer Service
- Experience in an Enterprise End User environment
- Remote Helpdesk experience preferred
