Human Resources Business Partner
- Location : San Antonio, TX
- Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Remote / WFH Fridays)
- Contract Duration : 3 months
Overview : This full-time contract position is responsible for aligning business objectives with Family Members and the Company’s Core Values and Guiding Principles. The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as an HR advisor for management at the Home Office in the areas of Emergency Responder, Mediator, HR Operations, and day-to-day performance management. The HRBP assists with change management initiatives, proactively supports best practices, and monitors compliance across all functions within the organization. This role coordinates the development and execution of programs, policies, and activities that benefit the employee / employer relationship. Additionally, the HRBP leads run-the-business HR projects, partnering with Legal, Field HR, Risk Management, Communications, and Restaurant Operations.
