Job Title: Deposit Management
Contract: 6 months
Location: Phoenix, AZ (on-site)
Role Overview:
You will be the first point of contact for high-revenue clients submitting requests via email. Also will handle simple implementation tasks from start to finish, involving other teams when needed, and working with internal teams to ensure services are successfully implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize emails from clients.
- Track and resolve client requests.
- Respond to implementation requests and questions from clients and internal teams.
- Conduct basic research to answer client inquiries.
- Use various bank systems to support client requests.
Required Skills:
- Confidently communicate with clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work well under pressure in a team environment.
- Collaborate with people at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in client service.
