Qualifications:
- 7 years of hands-on experience
- Flexibility to work on both front-end and back-end projects based on strengths
- Proficiency in Java
- Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Aurora and Snowflake
- Knowledge of UI frameworks, preferably Angular and/or React
- UX/UI design capabilities
- Financial industry experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
